These low-rise Georgian Revival structures are at the corner of Davis Place NW and Tunlaw Road NW, in the 20007 zip code.
While the complex served as apartments for rent for many years, it was more recently converted to 114 one and two-bedroom condos for sale. Sizes run from 537 to 820 square feet. Prices typically start in the $300,000 range.
This classic garden development features small walking paths and landscaped areas winding between the buildings, along with parking areas and mature trees.
