As founder and owner of District Partners, Andre Perez brings over 25 years’ experience in real estate and mortgage lending in the Washington Metropolitan area. A former Top Producer at RE/MAX Horizons and RE/MAX Allegiance, Perez ventured out on his own in 2009, forming an agency with a modern and highly personalized approach to a rapidly transitioning business. Most recently, District Partners formed a strategic alliance with Compass—the fastest-growing brokerage in the nation.
Perez began his real estate career in 1996 and segued into the mortgage and lending industry in 2003—first as a Branch Manager for Saab Financial and later as Vice President of Emerging Markets for Pinnacle Financial Corporation. While at Pinnacle, Perez was consistently the nationwide company’s No. 1 producer, exceeding $144 million in sales per year. He subsequently owned and operated AMC Financial Corporation, based in Vienna, Virginia.
In 2009, Perez returned to real estate, founding District One Properties based in Alexandria. The full-service boutique harnessed a new spirit of interactive solutions during an era of rapid residential growth. In 2017, District One became District Partners Real Estate—a next-generation platform exemplifying principles of progressive representation and marketing.
Today, District Partners offers a progressive and personalized approach to client representation with the added support of Compass, an exciting brokerage and technology company founded by leading executives from Twitter and Goldman Sachs.
Andre’s areas of specialty include luxury properties, modern and contemporary architecture, contract negotiation, real estate marketing, property investments, financing and foreclosure prevention. Working with clients and his management team, Perez combines a zest for work with a true love of life itself. He also enjoys teaching and mentoring, and has helped dozens of real estate professionals and mortgage lenders build their careers.
