Over the past several years, real estate for sale in Adams Morgan became such a hot item in the Washington DC marketplace that the inventory nearly became extinct. Adams Morgan Neighborhood Information

Adams Morgan is also celebrated for its fantastic restaurants and night spots, as well as upscale retail, art galleries and other super-hip settings. It wasn’t always that way, of course. Historically known as a melting pots for immigrants, the neighborhood fell into urban blight during the 1970s. Change was ushered in over the following decades as a wave of hot DC nightclubs paved the way for residential gentrification.

While the inventory has become depleted, there are still opportunities to be had with Adams Morgan homes for sale starting in the low-six figures for small studio units and climbing well into seven-figure territory.
