Located at 300 Garrett Morgan Boulevard in the community of Summerfield, Maryland is the Morgan Boulevard Metro Station. This above-ground transit stop provides Silver Line service as well as the Blue Line. Summerfield is in Prince George’s County, an area that invested heavily in new home construction just prior to the national real estate crash of the mid-2000s.
