As the founder and owner of District Partners Real Estate, LLC, Andre Perez brings over 20 years’ experience in real estate and mortgage lending in the Washington Metropolitan area. A former Top Producer at RE/MAX Horizons and RE/MAX Allegiance, Perez ventured out on his own in 2009, forming an agency with a modern and highly-personalized approach to a rapidly transitioning business.
Perez began his real estate career in 1996 and segued into the mortgage/lending industry in 2003—first as a Branch Manager for Saab Financial and later as Vice-President of Emerging Markets for Pinnacle Financial Corporation. While at Pinnacle, Perez was consistently the nationwide company’s No. 1 producer, exceeding $144 million in sales per year. He subsequently owned and operated AMC Financial Corporation based in Vienna, Virginia.
In 2009, Perez decided to return to real estate—this this time as a true indie boutique operator, working solely on behalf of clients rather than the umbrella principles of a larger corporation. The rapidly evolving DC Metro marketplace presented fertile ground for a modernistic approach, and District One Properties was born. In January 2017, a new chapter began with District Partners Real Estate -- the next-generation evolution of District One with an interdisciplinary emphasis on digital connections, interactive solutions and nurtured client relationships.
Andre’s areas of focus include contract negotiation, real estate marketing, property investments, financing and foreclosure prevention. Working with clients and his management team, Perez combines a zest for work with a true love of life itself. He also enjoys teaching and mentoring, and has helped dozens of real estate professionals and mortgage lenders build their careers.
