In its heyday, the campus included a chapel, riding stables, library and a Spanish mission-style structure known as “the Castle” for its grand turrets and arcades. Recently, the building was renovated as a commercial office building.
Located within the greater Silver Spring area, Forest Glen is one of the county’s oldest subdivisions and offers homes for sale that have been built over a lengthy period of time—from a historic district with old Queen Anne and Gothic architecture to traditional Colonials, Capes, Ramblers and newer custom homes.
