Old Town North in Alexandria has been a red-hot magnet for upscale condo development as of late. The Mount Vernon Trail is just steps away, allowing strolls, jogging and bicycling along the Potomac River’s edge, south through Old Town down to George Washington’s Mount Vernon landmark home, or north to Rosslyn.

Residents will be close to popular restaurants such as Rustico Alexandria, Vaso’s Kitchen, Captain Gregory’s and Hinata Sushi Bar & Grill, among others. Slaters Market with wine, deli and menu items is also nearby. Old Town North is one of the oldest parts of Alexandria and was once home to waterfront warehouses.
