The historic Brightwood community is known for a bit of a quirky small town charm, with a mixture of architecture that includes dollhouse Victorians, Sears Roebuck “Craftsman” cottages, porch front row houses, Art Deco apartment buildings that have gone condo, and some newer buildings as well.
