The Eden Condos For Sale, Washington DC
So many of Washington, DC’s luxury condo developments are renovations of old historic buildings. And that’s super. But sometimes you want something new and modern. Located at 2360 Champlain Street NW between Euclid Street and Kalorama Road in Adams Morgan is The Eden Condominium—completed in the summer of 2013.
One look at The Eden and you’ll know instantly—there’s nothing remotely Victorian, Colonial or Federal about it. D.B. Development collaborated with Capital Design Group and Bonstra Harsesign Architects to create something completely contemporary. Yes, the facade is brick. But stark angles, incredibly wide windows and an overall appearance of two completely different structures merged together—as if one were giving birth to the other—make this unique indeed.
