There is also a terrific fitness center with a sauna, showers and locker rooms, as well as a heated swimming pool with a lounging deck. Also worth noting is the secure underground parking garage with four levels and direct access via two elevators, ensuring plenty of space. There is even guest parking and extra storage. The neighborhood is yet another part of the appeal, with nearby greenspaces like Hubert Humphrey Park and Friendship Heights Park, as well as lots of shopping and dining along Wisconsin Avenue just three blocks away. Even closer is Alfio’s La Trattoria at the end of the block, with the Elizabeth Deli and the Friendship Gourmet Market right across the street.
