Location plays its part as well, right across from Stanton Park and just a few blocks from the U.S. Capitol Building, Lower Senate Park, the Supreme Court, and the Library of Congress. Getting around the city is easy via major diagonal corridors like Massachusetts and Maryland Avenues, as well as north-south roadways like 4th, 5th, and 6th Streets. For those who prefer public transit to driving, Union Station is nearby.
