The village is comprised of three separate but contiguous portions. Located along Walter Reed Drive and Arlington Mills Drive in Arlington, Virginia, the three portions of Windgate of Arlington offer up a lot of different floor plans, with one, two and three-bedroom models that range from 622 to 2352 square feet. List prices typically start around $250,000 and climb to the high $500s. Then again, perhaps “typically” is not the best choice of words, given the scarcity of active listings. 

Many but not all of the units have hardwood floors—you’ll have to peek under the carpet in the others to see what’s there. The windows are large and multi-paned, and almost all residences have wood-burning fireplaces. The townhouses have attics and basements, and many of the latter have been finished out.
