The most expensive active listing at Turnberry Tower is Unit #2309. This three-bedroom, 3.5-bath apartment with 2,655 square feet of living space is priced at $2,799,000, representing a sizable reduction from its original price of $2,969,000. The east-facing “I” model features a private elevator, porcelain tiles, giant windows, a den and over $80,000 in upgrades from the current owner.
